A PATH OF SUCCESS

George and Babs Holtzman, in partnership with John Barnes opened Holtzman and Barnes Real Estate in April of 1978 on Memorial Drive. They moved into their new location in 1979; the present site of Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors®. Shortly after they acquired John Barnes’ interest in the company and renamed the firm Holtzman and Associates in July of 1980.

In the fall of 1983 they were invited to join the Coldwell Banker® family. Honored to have been selected by the premier real estate organization in the U.S., they briefly deliberated and decided to join the Coldwell Banker family of businesses. In February 1984, they proudly became Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors®.

Moving forward to 2008, Coldwell Banker Holtzman, Realtors® has ranked no less than number five in the Coldwell Banker franchise system of offices with 21-35 agents nationally, with respect to closed transactions. Maintaining this type of production exemplifies the attention to detail and dedication to customer satisfaction that George and Babs have maintained throughout their accomplished careers.

It is with this long term and broad based business planning that clients and customers alike will find that the Holtzman motto has always been “service begins when duty ends” or more commonly known as ”above and beyond”.
